Drop in circuits

These sessions are open to all, just turn up and join in. The exercises vary week-to week but each session will provide a total body workout.Circuits are great for improving all-round fitness and you can work at a pace that suits you. The weights and exercises uses are modified to suit different abilities so both seasoned athlete and complete beginner alike can get a good workout. All exercises are clearly demonstrated at the beginning of the session and someone is on hand to ensure that you are completing everything safely and with perfect form!

Spin & Abs

Spin & Abs every Monday with Trish
A combination of spinning and abs class giving you that total body workout. Spining is a motivating and calorie burning cardiovascular workout followed by a short abs class dedicated to toning and strengthening the muscles in the abdomen and lower back.
